The annual planning workshop for CY 2020 was part of the two-day activity of the Association’s Board of Trustees (BOT), which held last January 18, 2020 at the Legend Villas, Mandaluyong City. It aimed to determine the various programs and activities of the Association such as, but not limited to, knowledge sharing activities, regular board meeting, community outreach program and organizational development activity.
President Gina P. Borinaga opened the program by presenting the previous accomplishments under the 2019 Work and Financial Plan (WFP). Brief assessment of the above WFP was done by the BOT to identify opportunities and gaps to make the 2020 WFP more efficient given the limited budget.
The BOT was able also to review and update the provisions, if applicable, of the Association’s current By-Laws and Standard Operations Manual. Other activities included in the program are as follow: (1) presentation of financial accomplishment and status; turn-over of functions and documents; and review of guidelines for Korea International Cooperation Agency Club.
