  • Determine resources (financial, human) that can be utilized in 2017
  • Plan its course of action for CY 2017 based on four (4) clusters: 1) Activities (thematic activities and project initiatives); 2) Governance and Operations; 3) Social Marketing and Resource Mobilization; and 4) Program Management
