KOICA, Dong Yang University and Cavite Launch Electronic Medical Record System Project

KOICA, together with the Provincial Government of Cavite and Dong Yang University in Korea held the Inception Ceremony for the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System Project on March 20, 2013 at the Cavite Provincial Capitol, Trece Martires City. KOICA, Guimaras team up for Critical Habitat Conservation

As a testament to its commitment to help the Philippines achieve environmental sustainability, the Korean Government through the Korea International Cooperation Agency will provide a grant aid of $280,000 dollars to the Provincial Government of Guimaras for the conservation of critical marine habitats and endangered species in the Province.  KOICA Deputy Resident Representative Kim Miyeon and Guimaras Governor Felipe Hilan Nava signed the project agreement on February 21, 2013 at the Provincial Capitol.   READ MORE...

Korea, PHL inaugurates livestock facility

The Republic of Korea reaffirmed its commitment in helping enhance livestock sector performance in the Philippines during the February 11 inauguration ceremony of the US$3 M National Bull Farm and Semen Processing Center in Carranglan, Nueva Ecija. KOICA, DOTC and LTO begins implementation of Vehicle Inspection System Project

The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) and Land Transportation Office (LTO) held the Kick-off Workshop for their project on the Establishment of a National Integrated Vehicle Inspection and Management System in the Philippines on 31 January 2013 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Makati City.
